研究方向:有毒藻类及藻类毒素相关的环境生物学。

研究内容包括:有毒蓝藻及蓝藻毒素的分子测定;蓝藻生物的分子系统及分子进化,各种环境下的藻类分离培养和藻类分子特征,及环境中藻类的分子标记。

李仁辉,研究员。1985年7月四川大学生物系毕业,1988年8月中国科学院水生生物研究所硕士毕业,同年分配在中国科学院水生生物研究所藻类学研究室,1993年7月开始在日本留学,师从国际著名藻类学家渡边信教授(Prof Watanabe Makoto),博士论文对有毒水华形成的鱼腥藻Anabaena属中的20多个种,50多个品系株,通过无菌培养经常形态学、生理学、生化学以及分子遗传学特征相结合进行综合分类的研究,在形态发育研究过程中,申请者首次发现低温对休眠孢子的形成有促进作用,这个结果发表在美国藻类学杂志上,并且被最新藻类教科书Algae(2000)、Phycology(1999)引用,引图。1998年3月取得筑波大学理学博士;1998年4月至1999年6月于日本国立环境研究所作博士后研究;1999年到达美国,在蓝藻毒素研究最著名的卡麦科博士(Dr. Carmichael)实验室作博士后,接触到国际上最高水平的研究者,得到了最新的研究知识和信息。2001年5月至2003年12月美国弗吉尼亚理工和州立大学生物化学系作博士后研究;2003年12月至2005 年9 月美国田纳西大学微生物系高级研究员。2005年9月回国受聘于中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员,“百人计划“入选者,成立有害藻类生物学学科组。本人经历了分类学、生态学、生理学、生物化学、分子生物学长期研究和训练,具有在中、日、美长期研究经历,并有同欧、美、澳洲、以及亚洲许多科学家合作研究经验,并发表有关有毒蓝藻和蓝藻毒素论文30余篇,许多为SCI收录,他人引用次数已接近200篇次。
