主要研究方向 系统与进化植物学:运用宏观至微观多学科之手段,通过储集于分子、细胞、组织、器官、个体、居群、物种、生态及地理分布之信息(性状)的综合分析,研究植物类群的起源、分化和散布,探讨植物类群地理分布格局的形成过程及成因,揭示植物类群的进化历史及其系统发育。
植物居群生物学和保护遗传学:研究植物居群的遗传结构、时空动态变化及其影响因子,尤其是植物交配系统的变异与演化对居群遗传结构的影响;研究探讨物种形成的式样和机制;探讨植物遗传多样性产生、维持和丧失的原因和机制,建立植物遗传多样性保护和利用的理论基础和技术体系。
