Abstract: Six species of Sedum are taxonomically discussed and revised in the present paper．  As a result，names of seven species，one subspecies and two varieties are reduced．  Critical comments on and a full synonym of these taxa are presented．  The taxonomic status of S．phyllanthum Lévl．et Vant，and S．subtile Miq．，which were treated as doubtful species in Flora Reipulicae Popularis Sinicae (FRPS) Vol．34(1),is discussed
